Fitzgibbons provides updates regarding Regis's efforts establish the University as an anchor institution in North Denver including working with the Institute on the Common Good; developments in the Innovation Center, the Workforce, Employment and Lifelong Learning (WELL) Center, and the Sustainable Economic and Enterprise Development (SEED) Center; generous donor gifts; renovations to Main Hall; the 2017 Opus Prize; the Big Table Project; programming and support for military family and veterans; initiatives to promote diversity; the newly established Office of Global Education; faculty awards and announcements; Physical Therapy grant for of Defense Clinical and Rehabilitative Medicine Research Program.
